Folgende Aufgaben erwarten dich im Detail:
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Kommunikationsstrategie
- Positionierung von des Unternehmens Roland Berger & des Führungsteams
- Proaktive Media Relation zu Corporate und Fachthemen
- Aufbau der internationalen Pressearbeit in Kooperation mit den internationalen Kolleg:innen
- Unternehmensweite Sprecherfunktion gegenüber den Medien
- Führung des Teams und von externen Dienstleistern
Qualifikationen
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich PR, Corporate Communications, Media Relations in einer Kommunikationsagentur oder einem Unternehmen
- Ausgezeichnete Kontakte zu Wirtschaftstiteln in Deutschland und Europa
- Kreative Denke mit Lust, Themen groß rauszubringen und ein tolles Team noch erfolgreicher zu machen
- Souveränes Auftreten auf unterschiedlichsten Parketten, strategisches Verständnis und Belastbarkeit
- Sicher in der Erstellung von Texten in Deutsch und Englisch
