Organisation unserer zweiwöchigen internationalen Onboarding-Trainings, u.a. Teilnehmermanagement, Trainerkoordination, Auswahl von Networking- und Rahmenprogramm
Vor-Ort-Betreuung von ca. 6 Trainings pro Jahr im Tandem mit einer weiteren Kollegin bzw. einem weiteren Kollegen, Ansprechpartner für Teilnehmende und Trainer, Moderation von Welcome und Networking Sessions im Rahmen der Trainings
Zusätzliche Organisation weiterer Trainings unseres globalen Trainingskatalogs ohne eigene Präsenz vor Ort
Qualifikationen
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Veranstaltungskauffrau/ -kaufmann (m/w/d), ein Studium im Veranstaltungswesen oder eine andere vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Beratungsumfeld, in einem internationalen Unternehmen oder im Veranstaltungs-/Tourismusmanagement
Reisebereitschaft im Rahmen der Vor-Ort-Betreuung der Onboarding-Trainings
Ausgeprägte Kontakt- und Teamfähigkeit ergänzt durch Kreativität, Flexibilität und organisatorisches Geschick
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (idealerweise durch Auslandserfahrung) und gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
