Staffing Specialist
Riyadh
We are looking for a Staffing Specialist to support our Regional Staffing Team with the following non-exhaustive list of tasks:
- Supporting the regional staffing team on staffing data collection and relevant databases update, i.e. ensuring that the database of consultants' CVs and profiles are regularly updated)
- Executing coordination tasks with local and global staffing teams to ensure efficient staffing solutions for projects and business development activities
- Supporting in the compilation and communication of regular staffing and business development reports to the management team
- Supporting the staffing and finance teams in the monthly accounts closing and other Ad-hoc tasks (i.e. ensuring that timesheets are completed on time and accurately)
- Coordinating with the HR team on various tasks (i.e. input of employee data received from HR into staffing forms and sheets, extracting project staffing forms to allow HR to trigger project assessments)
- Supporting the collection and archiving of proposals and project deliverables to keep up to date the knowledge management database
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or relevant field
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks in parallel
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time management abilities
- Proficiency with MS Office particularly Excel and PPT
- Fluent in English & Arabic
