Human Resources Specialist

Riyadh

Job Description

We are looking to hire a Human Resources Specialist based in our Riyadh office to manage the HR operations activities in Saudi Arabia. You will need to be based in Riyadh and have prior relevant experience in the Middle East.

Your responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Generate HR reports, metrics, and analytics to support management decision-making
  • Maintain HR procedures and policies that comply with labor regulations
  • Assist in managing employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, leave management, and employee welfare initiatives.
  • Maintain and follow up with expat residency to be renewed and up to date
  • Assist Finance team to prepare the payroll monthly
  • Liaise with external partners (i.e., GOSI)
  • Perform related HR duties as assigned, within your scope of practice

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience preferably in Consulting or Professional Service industry
  • Thorough knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations in Saudi Arabia
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to details
  • Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking capability
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information as well as possessing skills to handle situations in a professional and diplomatic manner
  • Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced and international environment with high energy level
  • Demonstrate organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiatives
  • Can work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Native in Arabic and fluent in English
