Job Description

We are hiring a Human Resources (HR) Administrator to join our dynamic and growing HR team in Mexico City. The HR Administrator provides firmwide administrative support for the Human Resources function across the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, status changes, and providing data and reports. The Human Resource Administrator will work closely other HR team members, shared services team members, and firm leadership. This position is eligible to work in a hybrid work model (combination of in-office in Mexico City and remote days).

 Responsibilities

  • Maintain personnel files and store employee documentation in HR systems. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of files.
  • Update HRIS systems such as SAP with key employee information and status changes
  • Oversee employee time off and recording of time in SAP system
  • Review unemployment requests and respond to claims as needed
  • Respond to verification of employment and income for active and former employees
  • Provide logistics/travel support and vendor management for training programs
  • Assist with the performance management process and help maintain performance system and documentation
  • Maintain employee rosters and coordinate roster updates across the HR team
  • Manage DocuSign system and obtain wet employee signature on key documents
  • Support new hires and exit employees and provide checklists/key documentation. Ensure shared services teams are updated on new and existing employees.
  • Manage HR special projects
  • Assist with Mexico City office duties as assigned such as new hire materials and organizing team events
  • Coordinate key recruiting and onboarding activities, including candidate interviews, campus interviews/events, and onboarding meetings
  • Collect and store interviewer feedback
  • Coordinate creation and sending of contracts to new hires
  • Other duties as may be assigned

Qualifications

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Fluency in English and Spanish

Work Experience

  • 0-2 years’ work experience or degree in Human Resources or a similar field
