We are hiring an Intern Relations Specialist to join our dynamic and growing HR Talent Management team.

Your responsibilities:

• Act as a point of contact for all interns in the Middle East offices, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee Roland Berger Middle East internships programs.
• Manage interns’ employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Liaise with external partners for interns’ assessments (i.e., Universities)
• Design and manage internships assessments.
• Conduct internships performance reviews and hiring decisions.
• Pilot interns mentor allocations
• Coordinate interns’ events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience preferably in an international professional and corporate environment 
• Excellent communication and written skills in English
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to details
• Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced and international environment with high energy level
• Demonstrate organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines
• Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiatives
