Intern Relations Specialist
Dubai
We are hiring an Intern Relations Specialist to join our dynamic and growing HR Talent Management team.
Your responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for all interns in the Middle East offices, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee Roland Berger Middle East internships programs.
- Manage interns’ employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Liaise with external partners for interns’ assessments (i.e., Universities)
- Design and manage internships assessments.
- Conduct internships performance reviews and hiring decisions.
- Pilot interns mentor allocations
- Coordinate interns’ events.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience preferably in an international professional and corporate environment
- Excellent communication and written skills in English
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to details
- Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced and international environment with high energy level
- Demonstrate organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines
- Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiatives
