We are looking to hire a Learning & Development Specialist/ Expert based in our Dubai office. You will need to be based in Dubai and have prior relevant experience in the Middle East.

Your responsibilities:

• Identify and collaborate with business sponsors, subject matter experts, and external partners to drive relevant and value-based learning solutions in the Middle East.
• Assess employees' learnings needs and ensure learning initiatives are aligned with Roland Berger strategy.
• Define the local training calendar.
• Facilitate end-to-end trainings.
• Develop personalized learning paths based on individual employee objectives and development plans.
• Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness on learning solutions through post-training assessments.
• Utilize data-driven insights, develop and implement learning analytics to measure the effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the firm, providing expert guidance and support on learning and development matters.
• Join the global training Roland Berger community to cascade Global best practices and collaborate on learning solutions.

Qualifications

• 5 years+ of Learning & Development experience preferably in the Middle East
• Excellent communication and written skills in English
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to details
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking capability
• Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced and international environment with high energy level
• Demonstrate organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiatives.
