Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven specialist to join our Global Corporate Knowledge Management Team in our Mexico City office.  As a Knowledge Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting Roland Berger consulting teams in the Americas, as well as globally. 

In this role, you will actively contribute to the successful performance of core knowledge management processes, initially for our Americas region and mid-term perspective for our global Industrials team. 

Additionally, you will provide support in the development and implementation of cutting-edge knowledge management tools on a global scale, leveraging artificial intelligence-driven approaches when applicable. 

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the central point of contact in the Americas for all Knowledge Management (KM) related matters, including: 

  • Providing support and oversight for global knowledge management processes in the Americas region.  

  • Delivering comprehensive KM training to colleagues in the offices in America.  

  • Supporting the update and any developments of the local Intranet. 

  • Contributing to the knowledge gathering and diffusion and assisting colleagues in the region with any KM-related inquiries. 

  • Provide user-centric KM support for the global business platform (Industrials), involving: 

  • Supervising project documentation processes and handling restricted document repositories. 

  • Creating and maintaining up-to-date Intranet content, including news and documents. 

  • Providing KM training to the Industrials platform teams.  

  • Offer general knowledge management support to other colleagues at a global level, including: 

  • Identifying knowledge generation and sharing needs of users to generate ideas for new tools or enhancements. 

  • Developing and implementing avant-garde KM tools and projects, leveraging artificial intelligence-driven approaches when applicable. 

  • Sharing and disseminating relevant KM content through various channels. 

Qualifications

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish. 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in knowledge management, information sciences, business, economics, marketing, finance, engineering or any relevant field. 

  • Relevant work experience or qualified internships, preferably within professional services firms or specialized departments at international corporations. 

  • Advanced proficiency of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and high affinity to technology. 

  • Experience in SharePoint, PowerBI, PowerAutomate or PowerPlatform will be an advantage.  

  • Excellent analytical and methodological skills. 

  • Self-motivated with a commitment to high-quality work, and a service-oriented mindset to support our consulting teams. 

  • Strong sense of ownership and can-do-attitude.
